MAIN GOALS OF A.I.P.A.F.:
- support patients and relatives in dealing
with Fabry disease by providing general information on the disease,
diagnoses, therapeutic strategies;
- support patients and relatives in dealing

- organize meetings between doctors and
patients to discuss clinical, pathological, diagnostic, legal aspects and
any other issue regarding Fabry disease;
- identify structures and institutions which
help find solutions to improve the quality of life of patients and their
families in terms of healthcare and social life.

group and individual activities on self-help, training and awareness development
are carried out by psychotherapists.
A.I.P.A.F.
has obtained the patronage of the Town Council of San Piero in Bagno
(Forlė/Cesena) for all the activities and programmes to be spread and it will
promote communication campaigns using town council billposting areas and
distributing leaflets to promote the groups activities on self-help and
awareness development.
